For Halliburton to support its drilling campaign for Qatar petroleum, they required high quality shelters that could be installed quickly and efficiently onsite.
Founded in 1919, Halliburton is an American multinational corporation and oil field service company, responsible for most of the world’s hydraulic fracturing operations.
Halliburton required a Shelter Solution to support its drilling campaign for Qatar petroleum. The Shelters were required to meet stringent technical specifications required by both the client and local authorities, as well as meet a tight budget and be delivered and installed quickly and efficiently.
Having worked with DomeShelter Australia in the past, and knowing DomeShelter™ Structures are superior, durable and Engineered to Protect™, Halliburton approached the DomeShelter Australia team with their brief. The DomeShelter team worked closely with all stakeholders to provide the following two Post Mounted Fabric Structures, both engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 150km/h:
- 1x 8.5m Wide by 13m Long Fabric Structure with End Walls
- 1x 16.8m Wide by 23.5m Long Fabric Structure with End Walls
The structures will be used primarily for chemical storage. DomeShelter™ Fabric Structures, constructed using the highest quality, tear-resistant Polyethylene Fabric, can be fully sealed with the help of End Walls to ensure any stored goods are guaranteed safe from the elements.
