With over 30 years of experience supplying to the Mining & Civil sector, around the world, we have a thorough understanding of the unique needs of this sector.

Safety is paramount, as is functionality, durability and cost effectiveness. Above all Shelters must perform in the most extreme environments of harsh wind, sun and dust. DomeShelter Australia products do all that.

Also essential criteria of ease and cost of transport to remote sites and ease and cost of installation are key factors that make DomeShelter™ appealing to the mining & civil sector.

The massive Wheatstone LNG project in Western Australia’s North West deployed up to 80 DomeShelter™ Structures throughout its construction phase.

DomeShelter™ Structures provided the flexibility to quickly deliver workshop, storage, and garaging shelters to site, with lower transport and installation costs. Once installed, the shelters could be dismantled and relocated across site to adapt to changing work conditions.

The Inpex Ichthys LNG project in Australia’s northernmost city of Darwin also featured numerous DomeShelter™ Structures during development. Our ability to design and engineer Fabric Shelters to withstand the region’s highest-rated cyclonic winds was well regarded by our Oil & Gas clients.

Apart from safety, functionality and cost effectiveness, a key requirement of this sector is durability and longevity.

Whether on remote sites or outer-metropolitan industrial zones, DomeShelter Australia has extensive experience supplying essential shelter solutions to the industrial and manufacturing sector across Australia and in over 30 countries. Shelters in this sector are typically long-term installations and less likely to be relocated to suit changing site conditions.

Light aircraft and helicopters hangars demand large span free spaces and height and a DomeShelter™ Hangar provides just that.

They also look great — and offer a cooler, lighter, and quieter environment. Mounted on standard sea containers, they provide secure storage that can also be converted into comfortable passenger waiting areas. A DomeShelter™ Fabric Hangar is a proven shade solution and a highly viable alternative to traditional steel buildings for light aircraft.

DomeShelter™ Fabric Shelters are the perfect shade and shelter solution for farming and agribusiness.

Our range of AgShelterTM  products are widely used for hay storage, animal husbandry, equipment workshops, horticulture and garaging. An AgShelterTM Fabric Structure is lighter, quieter and cooler than a conventional steel building, making for more comfortable conditions for both animals and farm workers.

Shelter kits can be installed by the client thereby lowering the total overall cost.

Not an industry as such, but definitely an industry need that is well catered for by DomeShelter™ Temporary Fabric Structures.

Standard size shelters are readily available for delivery to the remotest sites, sometimes within just days of order. Transported to site in kit form and easily and quickly installed by clients on-site teams following instructions provided, a DomeShelter™ Temporary Structure can be ordered, delivered to site and installed within a very short time. They can also be dismantled and moved across site or off-site to meet changing work conditions and packed down into kit form again at the end of the project for storage or resale.
